- Contract study and administration.
- Review the project plan, budget, milestones and specifications.
- Prepare and update the project schedule along with the Projects Control department.
- Create, issue and supervise monthly progress invoices and correspondent payments/ transactions.
- Monitor and manage the project design, deliverables and installation progresses.
- Identify and track project issues, action items and decisions.
- Plan & schedule weekly office and site meetings as necessary; developing objectives, agenda and minutes.
- Control and monitor material, equipment and manpower costs and expenses.
- Coordinate with site manager the job site office and equipment requirements.
- Assure construction personnel safety and work performed quality.
- Perform weekly visits and attend weekly site meetings to monitor and discuss the construction progress.
- Track and monitor the testing and inspections completion.
- Assure and follow up as-built drawings preparation by during the construction phase and control final close-outs to consultant/owner accordingly.
-Manage and control scope variations.
- Prepare project deficiency lists (punch list).
- Manage and follow up change orders and back charges with the client.

 Scheduling and monitoring project activities.
 Prepare project budget and perform cost monitoring.
 Monitor the project total commitment through purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and invoices.
 Monitor the project expenditures by coordination with the Financial and HR departments.
 Prepare cost and progress reports.
 Develop and monitor project cost forecasts by coordination with the Operations department.
 Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project controls and organizational policies and procedures with the Quality Assurance department.
 Attend project meetings and discussions with the project management team and the clients.

- Evaluate and measure the works within the contracted scope to set invoices breakdown.
- Undertake periodic valuations of works in progress according to the contract payment conditions.
- Follow up banking transactions of issued invoices with project managers and financial department.
- Work with finance department (account receivable section) to resolve any discrepancies in billed work.
- Prepare expense claims and change orders evaluation.
- Prepare account statements to show the invoices (remaining due) status up to date.
- Prepare the project cash flow ( cash in, cash out, revenue).
- Monitor the project cost variations with cost control department and develop variation reports.

- Study and review the contract conditions, documents and specifications.
- Prepare, review and update the project master schedule with the planning department.
- Prepare the project expected cash flow, monitor the project expenses/ budget.
- Submit the quality department with preliminary drawings and specifications for the preparation of quality documents.
- Supervise and coordinate the shop drawing process (fabrication job orders release and material take off) with the technical department.
- Follow up with supply chain department the provision of the project necessary material as per the technical office take off.
- Arrange and coordinate the fabricated equipment deliveries to job site considering the clients priority.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
- Administer scope variation and change orders.
- Manage the project documentation (packing list, quality control releases, … etc.) as per the client requirements.

- Preliminary study of enquiry and the basic scope as per client’s requirements.
- Preparation of detailed technical and commercial offers along with deviation statements.
- Following up with client.
- Issuing job orders and assigning the project to different company departments (projects, planning, technical office)
