-Contracting with clients.
-Issuing Invoices.
-Posting the available vacancies on recruiting web sites.
-Updating our website with the available vacancies.
-Maintain Petty cash.
-Reporting to the Foreign GM.
*General secretarial work:
• Checking daily e-mails.
• Answering calls and handling queries.
• Correspondence.
• Sending faxes.
• Taking dictation and typing documents
• Filling.
Recruitment:
-Receiving candidate's resumes, classifying and saving it according to the filing system.
-Updating old resumes by contacting the applicants through phone, or by mail.
-Receiving vacancy requests and contacting the clients for any missing information.
-Performing the search in accordance with the required qualifications, job descriptions and specifications.
-Compiling a shortlist and sending candidates resumes to the clients.
-Conducting phone screening for the applicable resumes.
-Providing the chosen candidates with brief information about the client, offer and position.
-Coordinating and scheduling appointments for the approved applicants to be interviewed by the client.
-Getting the feedback from the client on the candidates after conducting the interviews.
-Getting the feedback of the interview from the candidates
-Following up with the applicant & the client till the date of hiring
*Dealing with all position levels ( junior, senior & managerial levels)
*Dealing directly with the big multinational clients.
