 Preparing market strategies / sales plans and determine the overall Marketing objectives.
Briefing the design team and supporting them with their ideas.
 Design Department planning, actual timings for the design completion, and also brief the team with dates for all projects.
 Production schedule & time table.
 Handling the client modifications.
 Supervising & brainstorming with the production manager for producing & fixing ideas, also for the material selection.
 Able to resolve internal issues and constantly motivating the team and empowering them to be more proactive.
 Investigate complaints and resolve problems pertaining service matters.
 Identifying key consumer needs and assess how to meet their needs.
 Establish and maintain after sales services.
 Handling customer enquiries.
 Close deals and finalize contracting process with customers.
 Market segments identified for our customers on all planes & Strategies are implemented to address their specific needs and wants.
 Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters.
 Coordinate with the design team and the procurement to reach the nearest 3D visualization possible to the final result.
