Compensation & Benefits
Direct all HR Administration Processes like leave, travel and various benefits to ensure they are executed timely and cost effectively in lie with the approved HR Policies.
Ensuring all payroll transaction are processed efficiently, to maintain and update payroll information compiling summaries of earning, deduction (Recurring & non-recurring allowances)
Ensure to register Emirati and GCC citizen in Pension fund and do the contribution monthly
Proficient in streamlining process encompassing employee engagement & retention, reward & compensation, corporate policy, performance management and ISO certification process.
Design succession training and progression planning.
Ensure that all the employee had enrolled into to the group Medical & Insurance and other benefits schemes .
Performance Appraisal strategy & implementation, HSE regulations.
Conduct exit interviews and handle termination and required cancellation procedures as per UAE labor law. Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation.
