Provides support to management by performing administrative duties.
Responsible for staff training.
Handling reservations & subscriptions
Handling the general office supplies

Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery, printed materials, Kitchen and Furniture.
implementing and promoting equality and diversity policy regarding Office
booking transport and hotel accommodation, flight tickets and visa for all fawry stuff
preparing Letters and reports for CEO
handling OGM and investors visits Logistic
Supervising Security and cleaning stuff, office boys and messengers.
Arranging CEO calendar and appointments.
Arranging uniform for Office boys and messengers
Dealing with all Employees complains and handle it
Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease

Manager

Dealing and negotiate with all apartments owners and handling contracts renewal
Responsible for Fawry Premises maintenance and expansion
Responsible for renovation and organizing offices for existing employees or new hires.
Handling all requests and complains regarding office in 2nd, 5th, 7th, 8th, 9th, sales apartment and maintenance apartment.
Deal with day to day work related issues, relating to premises
Handling and arranging Fawry main store

Marketing Assistant and Event Management:
Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet.
Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every event.
Managing operational and administrative function to ensure specific event are delivered efficiently
Handling with Hotel (rent hall, Plan menus, order food, music ….etc.) and negotiate on fees.
Pay vendors for their participation in the event.
Calculate budgets and adjust when necessary
Prepare invitations and send out at appropriate time
Ensure day of event goes smoothly.
Participate and assist in marketing activities.
