• Create and maintain public training schedule across KSA.

1- تخطيط النشاط البيعي من حيث تحديد الفرص المستهدفة وتوسعات المستقبلية.
2- المساعدة في التخطيط للمشتريات السنوية من المنتجات .
3- وضع الأنظمة والسياسات البيعية الخاصة بالمبيعات والتأكد من تنفيذها .
4- الإشراف على جهود رجال البيع وتوجيههم بما يؤدي إلى تحقيق الأهداف التي تضعها الإدارة العليا.
5- كتابة العقود والاتفاقيات ووضع اسس عملية لسياسات التسعير والخصومات والتحصيل النقدى والأجل .
6- تنسيق الانشطة البيعية مع الادارات الاخرى كالتسويق والمشتريات والمخازن والموارد البشرية والمالية .
7- الرقابة والتقييم على الانشطة البيعية

8- متابعة إعمار الديون وتصويب المشاكل لتقليص حجم الديون الخارجية إلى أدنى مستوى.
9- اختيار وتوظيف رجال البيع من حيث تحليل العمل ووصفه، وتحديد المؤهلات المطلوبة ومصدرها.
10- تحديد احتياجات رجال البيع من التدريب ونوع التدريب المطلوب لكل فرد.
11- تحفيز رجال البيع من تحديد أساليب التحفيز المختلفة والبحث باستمرار عن المكافئات التي تحفز جهود البيع لدى رجال البيع من خلال بناء وتطوير نظام عمولات وحوافز فعال.
12- رفع التقارير الدورية حول المبيعات إلى المدير المباش
البحث الدائم عن عملاء جدد والتواصل معهم والحفاظ على علاقات متينة معهم.
13- المشاركة في المفاوضات التي تجري مع الوكلاء والموزعين.
