• Checking e-mails from customers on daily basis.
• Coordinating with customers, with reference to their needs.
• Receiving order Requests, Bills of purchases, Bill of Hotels and car work orders from the Vendors and coordinate with Financial Management to issue related invoices to the operations files.
• Communicate the same requirements to supervisor.
• Receiving Tele-Orders and get Confirmations for the requested services/purchases.
• Coordinate with other Departments to Satisfy the Customers needs.
• Updating and completing receipt confirmations.
• Updating customers on status of Personal Crew Movements/Purchases.
• Receiving Requests arrangements for the Crew.
• Preparing order pick list, based on customer’s requests.
• Printing of gate-pass and delivery notes, copy of same sent to customer by e-mail.
