Position: Piping Material Engineer
Main responsibilities include
Technical bid evaluation of vendor offers for piping elements (Valves, pipes, fittings, flanges & specialty items)
Preparation of Material requisitions for Piping commodities and Piping special item.
Review and check vendor document information
Preparation of Piping Material Specifications and Pipe wall Thickness Calculations.
Preparation Valve Datasheet and specifications
Handle a team of designers and assign tasks.
Liaison with other departments and provide piping input for Civil/Process/Electrical design.
Resolution of technical issues with the client and with the respective vendors.
Attend departmental project meetings and meetings with client.
PROJECTS:
Design Engineering, Material Procurement & construction support for Onshore Maintain Potential Project(MPP) for SAUDI ARAMCO which include Crude Oil, Water Injection and Gas Injection wells and Crude Oil Trunk lines
Main responsibilities include:
Planning of short and long term plans for the assigned accounts
Review/evaluation of RFQ’s, Preparation of Quotations/Proposals and handling of TQ's during TBE’s, NMR comments.
Presenting pricing, credit terms, renewal, extension or alteration of service contracts to customers
Technical meetings/presentations with pre-qualification departments, end users, engineering companies and EPC's as local support of Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SEC, Maaden and miscellaneous local industry
Participation in indoor events
exhibitions/events as local representative
Prepare reports as assigned relative to activity, lost orders, closings, follow-ups, and performance against budget
Supervising the team for complete sales cycle
Coordination with clients such as Saudi Aramco (CSD, Pipeline, Maintenance & Procurement), SABIC, Saudi Electricity, Maaden, Sipchem, Tasnee and other Engineering Companies and EPC’s for technical support related to piping materials

Position: Mechanical Project Engineer
Main responsibilities include
Study/review of Piping drawing P & ID's, ISO's, GA's, MTO's, Method Statements, QA/QC documents, Safety Plans
Raising material Issuance requests, coordination with client warehouse, resources & consumable management, work permit issuance, site progress, request for inspection, safety procedures etc.
Delegating responsibility to site engineer and other site personnel
Ensuring the job execution as per latest engineering drawings, quality & safety plans.
Monitoring and reporting progress and efficiency of deployed resource
Communication with client, consultants, sub-contractors and vendors. Manage and document post contract claims & variations and leading a Project team towards successful, completion of the project.

Preparation of daily check list of each equipment and reporting if any abnormality observed
Close working and co-ordination with other departments for planning the modification works, issuance of work permits and spares etc.
Forecast of spares, review of vendor offers, inspection of received spares
