Essential Responsibilities & Duties
• Makes sure the Assets reported in FAL (Fixed Asset List) exist, can be located at any time and are
properly reported in RITE.NET.
• Makes sure the discrepancy between FAL and RITE.NET is within acceptable limit and can be
explained.
• Supports the operation by ensuring proper asset planning & coordination between Locations and
GeoMarkets.
• Ensures that assets are made available to the GeoMarket maintenance organization for timely
maintenance according to asset maintenance schedules.
• Assists the Quality Operations Support in the CAPEX and EPU (InTime) planning.
• Follows up the equipment ordering and delivery process from the Product Centre to the Location,
including ensuring that the Asset is reception in Lawson.
• Tracks the logistics processes involved in the equipment shipping and mobilization.
• Ensures all equipment has its Quality File and that it is kept updated.
• Monitors the process of asset maintenance and utilization in the GeoMarket and advises for
improvements.
• Ensures any asset disposals are completed according to financial guidelines.
• Keeps records of TT and GT and assist GeoMarket management in asset utilization.
• Champions RITE.NET and monitors progress in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as but not
limited to; modification recaps, maintenance efficiency, maintenance index, Fixed Asset discrepancy.
• Provides updates (and training) when and if necessary for RITE.NET.
