I was employed as SITE ENGINEER by M/s. CAMPENON BERNARD SGE a French Construction Company undertaking international projects for the work “Construction of 3 LNG Storage Tanks / Facilities” for Ras Laffan Onshore Facilities Project (RAS GAS).
In addition to my routine work I am also looking after the quality control functions which include the follow-up of works as per work procedures and establish daily reports. Also assigned to the external coating activities of all the three Tanks.
The Project undertaken by the company is the Engineering, Procurement and Construction of three nos. 140, 000 M3 capacity LNG Storage Tanks at Ras Laffan Port, which are the largest storage capacity tanks in the world at present.
Employed as SITE ENGINEER by M/s. SELECT BUILDERS, Kottayam, Kerala, India a firm primarily engaged in construction of Multi-storeyed apartments.
Was in charge of one of the project sites, from inception to completion and handing over to the Clients, in addition to routine supervision.
Was in charge of Plant operation in the P.S.C Pipe Factory and construction of Barges for Madras Metro Water Project and New Mangalore Port Trust respectively.
Employed as SITE ENGINEER by M/s. ASIAN CONSTRUCTIONS, Quilon, India for Plant extension project for M/s. Indian Rare Earths, Chavara, Kerala, India a firm wholly owned by the Government of India.
Employed as CIVIL ENGINEER by M/s SHELTERS, Madras, a firm engaged in construction of Industrial Structures.
Responsibilities included Estimation and Design of steel and concrete structures in addition to supervision during erection of structures.
