Mechanical Engineer - Responsible for maintenance and modernization by replacing old equipment with new equipment-Piping, Pumps, Static Equipment,
Electrical, Industrial Automation.

• Learning work plan received from management, establishing the necessary materials, daily activities and workforce.
• Ensuring work safety conditions on site and checking if all workers understand what to do, and under what conditions before issuing Work Permits.
• Start of work activities in compliance with the plan, constantly checking
• personally , if everything is properly.
• On completion of the work, start commissioning activities and start up.

• To develop and prepare the Work Method Statement of the cleaning the detailed pre-commissioning procedures according to the instructions of Commissioning Manager;

• Involved in elaboration of pre - commissioning punch list for fire water, interconnecting system, tanks and all other systems;
• Direct responsible with chemical cleaning of pipes in all areas;
• Involved in blowing activities of steam system;
• To develop the detailed pre-commissioning procedures according to the instructions of Commissioning Manager;
• Mechanical run test for compressors and pumps, preparation and implementation
• To assure that all activities piping related such as flushing/blowing, reinstatement of piping components and local instruments, leak test are duly performed in accordance with the stated procedures, in conformity with the safety rules and as per instructions of Commissioning Manager;
• To assure that all activities relevant to static equipment such as inspections, cleaning, internals installations, box-up are carried out according to stated procedures;
• To keep records of all activities performed in the log book;
• To produce the certificates, duly signed by involved parties and hand over to the certification engineer;
• To check that the safe conditions for maintenance teams are in place before issuing Work Permits;
• To verify and check the condition of safety devices (F.F. System, gas detector, alarms.).
• Conversant with API Standards.
