• Preparing 175 distribution Trucks ready to go to market 6:00 am every day for all major supplying warehouses.
• A market return factor was highly considered due to the affect of high parameter's numbers on the product itself; Thus I was responsible for providing full and deep study about each and every selling outlet analyzing these data bringing out good presentation for highest management in order to give the green light to proceed building right logistic plan in order to minimize this market return factor to the good of company .
• I created what is said " The Unit Pallet " that facilitate collecting all selling items to be presented on each and every selling truck under conducted product availability study that meets market requirements.
• Preparing and arranging all required Documents of products importing and exporting; following with purchasing unit every details.
• Communicating with other bottlers in the region upon certain needed supplies once plant shutdown for maintenance issue for instance.

•As Operations Manager In biggest ARAMCO Authorized Vendor, I am responsible for shipping each and every materials / Equipment’s required for either down-stream Or Up-stream stations. We are dealing with Suppliers all over the world in fixing shipping time schedules, delivery Dates …. Etc.
•Manage 4 warehouses (Dammam, Hassa, Jubail and Sarrar Areas) products availability for almost 100 different SKUs through Oracle Operating system.
•Responsible for handling Sales History Analysis and Data Uploading to SCP "Supply Chain Planner" Provided By Pepsi International
•Take care of demand compliance, shipping compliance, sales forecast accuracy, days of supply reports preparation and presenting.
•Accountable for green field project Installing and starting up 3 new production lines (Canning & 2 PET) with high capacities, in addition to the production; handling raw materials warehouse.
•Supervise production team to manage and execute production projects; coordinate with customers to develop project plan and timelines.
•Work with the team to plan, schedule and perform production activities; assign daily workload to team members as well as develop production program and guidelines to support company objectives.
•Organize job trainings to team members to achieve production goals as well as investigate production issues and develop resolutions.
•Determine equipment, material and manpower requirements for project execution; develop project budget and maintain expenses within the budget.
O Recommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards as well as provide assistance in employee recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion, retention and termination activities.
O Monitor production activities and adjust schedules for on-time delivery; ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications and also that team follows company policies and safety standards.
O Started training for the new staff initializing Pepsi Cola Quality system, (Head of 15 employees - department)
