Major Tasks and responsibilities:
- As a class teacher of grade 7, I exercise a high level of dedication and commitment in following guidelines and regulations. Organize and label cupboard. Prepare, coordinate and hang quiz schedule. Follow-up typing and hang class lists. Ensure all necessary stationery is available.
- Exerting maximum effort with pupils with less than average aptitude; ‘Leaving no child behind’.
- Guide pupil to appreciate the need for organization and self-discipline by continuously setting an example and through mentoring to develop such mannerism.
- Teach all areas of primary curriculum in maths subject; especially for grade 5, 6 and 7.
- Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within my classes.
- Motivate pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation.
- Maintain discipline.
- Prepare and mark work to facilitate positive pupil development.
- Meet requirements for the assessment and recording of pupils’ development.
- Provide feedback to parents and caregivers on pupils’ progress at parents’ meetings and other meetings.
- Coordinate activities and resources within a specific area of the curriculum, and support colleagues in the delivery of this specialist area.
- Work with others to plan and coordinate for checkpoint assessment. And prepare pupils’ of grade 6 to be ready for that assessment.
Major Tasks and responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the attendance of the staff and students
- Control the discipline of school.
- Supervise the performance of teachers.
- Monitor and supervise the training of the staff to raise their efficiency and capacity building and develop their knowledge.
- Lead the teachers and parent’s council to make good relationship and contact between the society and school.
- Supervise the examinations, control and make sure that the examinations is well conducted.
- Indorse and announce the results of the final examinations and supervise handing over the certificates.
- Evaluate the school performance during the year and prepare the plan for next school year.
Major Tasks and responsibilities:
1. Ensure that Trucks Drivers carry out their duties effectively in accordance to their Job Descriptions.
2. Responsible for formulation Route Planning as well as the updating of Transport Route Matrix.
3. Ensure correctness and registering accurate information onto all documents and responsible to produce timely daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and Annual Reports.
4. Liaise with Assistant Transport Manager to obtain Weekly / Monthly Transport Plans to ascertain projected volume and measure these against actual volume moved.
5. Responsible for accident Management and to report any accidents within 24hrs to all respective parties in accordance to SHIFTENG Normative guidelines.
6. Ensure that any breakdown or trucks stuck are recovered in the shortest possible timeframe and take the necessary action required with all parties concerned.
7. Ensure that all legal documentation and records pertaining to the vehicles are well maintained and kept and up to date, with emphasis on Insurance and annual inspections.
8. Ensure that all vehicles undergo regular scheduled preventative maintenance on a timely basis and that all unscheduled maintenance is carried out in the most efficient manner in close coordination of the Workshop Manager.
9. Ensure that the fuel dispatches plan is availed and satisfied in due time involving Company available fleet.
10. Coordinate with Workshop Manager and senior driver to avail the most possible fleet for operations in order to avoid commercial fuel transporting.
11. Management and monitoring of fleet using Global Positioning System (GPS) plus reporting of all drivers on duty misconduct.
12. Responsible for HSE culture implementation, supervision and dissemination among drivers and all related staff.
Take responsibility of Tristar fleet management system for loading and off-loading process and issue vehicle definition.
Regularly collect data from all sites for analyses, comparison, and reporting.
Analyze data and prepare daily and monthly reports.
Track all trucks caring in fuel or cargo and report their status in daily basis.
Track and Calculate truck quantity losses per trip and analyze the reasons and give monthly losses report to the management.
Assist in designing and developing the existing system.
Liaise with all sites for collecting the necessary documents and present the required reports.
Receive and report loading and off-loading activities on a daily basis.
Receive all invoices from sub-contractors for checking and forward to finance for payment.
Management and monitoring of fleet using Global Positioning System (GPS) plus reporting of all drivers on duty misconduct.
Receive all request forms for spare parts and maintenance which needed by all sites to be processed.
Preparing the spare parts requesting order (SPRO) for approval after consultation with workshop Manager for technicality.
Providing quotations if required and prepare Bid analysis for approval.
Prepare local purchase order LPO.
Tracking the management and fellow up to receive the approved LPO.
Purchasing the parts in the same day or next day max.
Preparing consignment notes for the parts and send it to the site through the suitable carrier.
Following up the receipt of the parts to the site after sending all transportation information about the parts.
Coordinate with Sagai workshop coworkers for the maintenance and/or required spare parts for trucks or stock and process their issues.
Tracking with Sagai workshop the purchases of tires and batteries, serial numbers.
Receive all invoices (Performa or final) from suppliers for checking and forward to finance for payment with all supporting documents.
Analyze data and prepare monthly report of parts purchased per site.
In a capacity of assistant operation manager, I lead the contacts with the donors, suppliers and build good working relationship with other partners to facilitate, and prepare the designs for the computer programs, responsible about all assets and properties of the company. Deal with the purchases and the technical maintenance of the equipments. Supervise, couch and train the staff under my responsibility, evaluate, report and give proposals to the capacity of the company and receive the feedback.
To follow up the procurements, purchase, stationary and equipments. Prepare the odd task for the expatriates, registrations, visas, travels and residence. 12. Prepare reports on fuel movements and other operational logistics issues.
13. Guide and supervise the work of new/junior logistics officers or staff.
