Eight organisms namely E.coli, Staphylococcus aurous, Staphylococcus albus, Bacillus sp., Klebsiella pneumonia, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Citrobacter, Trichoderma sp. The antimicrobial activity of eucalyptus oil was studied by antibiotic sensivity method. Out of the eight organisms, i.e., 3 were found to be sensitive to the eucalyptus oil
