Accountabilities:
Sourcing
•Accountable for to Perform the task and give the productivity..
•To respond to mail queries of NAM customers within 1hr of TAT.
•Present weekly report in front of customers in NAM over conference call.
•Attend daily call of NAM customers having any issues.
•To ensure that the leased units are returned to the owned companies before the contracts gets expired.
•To contact with Leasing companies or Redeliveries.
•To contact truckers to get units delivered to correct location.
•Resolving queries of truckers on call.
•To make daily and weekly Reports.
Client Coordination:
•Coordinating with the Equipment Dispatch dept, Trucker, Leasing Company,
•Ensuring the Containers are successfully redelivered to Leasing Company Inventory.
•Involved in Trucker Interaction by taking requirements from the Leasing Company, and ensuring Redeliveries of Containers.
•Ensuring continuous interaction with the Terminal and make sure that area of concern can be worked upon for improvement and identification of new opportunities.
•Generating reports on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis in front of customers in NAM over conference call.
•Follow up for Redelivery and Street Turn of Containers.
•Providing constant updates to the Terminal and Dispatch Group on Export Bookings
•Providing constant updates to Truckers for pick up the units
