In this role, I lead the Abu Dhabi operations of the AG Facilities Solutions LLC (earlier ETA ASCON Group). We provide TFM, maintenance, cleaning and refurbishment Services to clients in O&G Sector, Private, Government and Property Developers.
Our major Clients are Royal Airports, Abu Dhabi Sea Ports, various Government Properties, Palaces, private property (high-rise buildings, villas, top-end mixed use property and sports stadium) and ADNOC facilities.
The Services we deliver are O&M of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil systems, Housekeeping, Office Support, Landscaping, Pest Control, Waste management and small refurbishment works.
My responsibility includes overall P & L of the operations, business development, HR & administration and procurement:
• Establishing relationship with new clients and increase of business volume with existing ones
• Strategic planning, budgeting, resource planning and allocations based on management guidelines and targets
• Oversee all Hard and Soft Service delivery Contracts and ensure compliance with SLA’s and initiate and implement corrective actions for defaults
• Establish, manage and review subcontracts
• To monitor and achieve P & L targets and to monitor, identify and initiate corrective actions in case of variances and manage cash flow
• To ensure compliance with all internal processes and all statutory and legal requirements
• MIS reports with recommendations and suggestions on operational issues, procedures and other factors
• Employee recruitment, motivation and performance evaluation
• Procurement approvals and governance
• Administration - Office, Camps, Transport
• Ensure ethical standards and integrity
My areas of significant strengths are Client relationship, strategic planning, transferring broad goals into achievable incremental processes, leading the team into a culture of Service Mind Set, budgeting and financial planning, system driven processes, team development, mentoring for the development of future leadership and evaluation of achieved deliverables.
