• Responsible for whole finance function of the Authority.
• Managing over 25 Finance staff at Head office and looking after finance activities of nearly 30 centers around the country.

• Budgeting and forecasting the monthly and yearly revenue.
• Cash Flow forecasting and manage daily, monthly cash flow.
• Liaise with Bankers and negotiate for better facilities and terms, loan financing and re-scheduling
• Liaise with Auditors.
• Preparation of monthly Management Accounting as well as Yearly Final Account.
• Monitor monthly sales, production progress and report any deviation and suggest corrective actions.
• Monitor and manage stores and logistic activities.
• Evaluate and Improve Internal control system.
• Preparation of monthly MIS reports to the board of directors.
• Training the Finance Department, Stores and Logistics Staff
• Project Profitability analysis.
• Product costing and price setting.
• Customer Evaluation, Credit limits controlling.
• Planning and Budgeting at Strategic level including Corporate / Action plan.
• Meet regulatory requirements and reports to Central Bank as well as to the Ministries.
• Oversee Finance and Planning Department of the Bank.
• Monitor Finance function of the whole Bank.
• Design, Implement and improve Internal Controls.
• Take part in various Strategic and Management level Committees (ALCO, Executive Credit Committee, Management Committee, Audit Committee etc).
• Prepare and publish monthly, quarterly and Annual Accounts of the Bank.
• Liaise with Auditors, Central Bank, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Public Enterprises.
• Manage and Tax liability of the Bank.
Apart from Finance Manager’s roll following new duties has assigned.
• Administration Department - looked after all administration, Office Management, VISA related matters.
• Estimation / Costing Department - was able to develop new costing module to ease the costing system and derive more accurate costing. Offer attractive project costing by considering sunk cost, incremental cost and overall contribution.
• Supervised CAD Designing team.
• Sales Department - was able to motivate some of underperforming sales executives and introduce flexible approached to project pricing hence increase the number of project singed during the time.
• Purchase Department - Handled all major purchase decisions, monitored of material prices and minimizing the purchase cost.
