Executing and reporting to the group Managing Director (MD) and working closely with him while escalating matters to his attention when necessary.
Member of the Group’s Risk committee, execute and ensure to centralize the oversight and company’s setting of risk management activities and responsibilities in relation to the organization’s SOPs and its compliances.

The scope of work included:

• Monitoring and checking monthly sales volumes and targets per market and compare to budget forecast.
• Ensure market updates are produced and exchanged at the right quality and frequency. And proper follow-up/action plan are carried out by sales team in due time.
• Preparing sales margins per SAM per market per category and investigating reasons for low sales. Escalating to sales Director and CEO.
• Assist in Shipping and logistics issues and resolve problems as they occur swiftly and efficiently.
• Working closely with the top management to prepare comprehensive actions plans, including resources, time frames and budgets for projects. Assist MD on new projects related to business development. Upon request, by organizing, supervising execution and ensuring smooth transfer to the concerned staff.
o Examples of such projects: Promoting the MEDICAL PHARMACEUTICAL division in Dubai by coordinating with the different suppliers and distributors / Supervising and monitoring the BIOCHEMICAL division’s operational efficiency in India by attending seminars and supervising sales processes.
• Liaise with Administration and HR manager on staff-related issues and concerns.
• Act as delegate or deputy to MD whenever specifically requested, including decision/signature authority.
• Verifying (on spot-checking) whether company’s SOPs are largely complied with and updating where necessary.
• Acting as an Office Manager.
