Product Description Privilege Club is the loyalty system developed for Qatar Airways. It includes the management of Frequent Flyer programs and booking engine.

a) iFly Loyalty
Product Description iFly Loyalty is the next generation loyalty system developed by IBS for the airline industry. iFly Loyalty covers a wide range of airline loyalty business sectors ranging from management of Frequent Flyer programs to efficiently handling the loyalty CRM functions. iFly Loyalty is designed to cater to airlines with a few members to airlines with a large member base. iFly Loyalty caters to the loyalty domain with two solutions; viz - iFly Loyalty FFP and iFly Loyalty CRM.

rewards and services by redeeming the points/miles earned by them.
