Roles and Responsibilities
•Execution of the structures as per the drawings and specifications
•Audited the quality of materials and workmanships.
•Worked out the detailed cost of materials and manpower involved in the actual execution of the project
•Interact with technical consultants to solve the technical issues
•Prepared daily progress report and reported to the project manager
•Supervised the construction activities and materials management
•Assist the project manager to prepare the monthly progress claim to the client
•Preparation of daily report, measurement book and prepared the billing for the sub contractors following the same
•Checking of reinforcement, formworks and monitoring of concrete pouring and design mix and testing of wet and dry concrete
•Ensured works are carried out in accordance to safety and environment
•Conducting materials and site work inspection with the consultants and third party
