I am responsible for the development of sheet metal parts & cosmetics and global sourcing for same components along with chrome plated components.
Follow up with suppliers for development and tracking on development with development plan.
Cost negotiation with supplier on tooling and tool finalization as per the component and operations followed.
I was taking care of procurement for all the plastic components of bikes of HERO and graphics. I was also responsible for the procurement of paints (PU as well as epoxy including powders).
Scheduling to suppliers, follow up with suppliers, inventory management, technical discussion with suppliers, mould planning as per forecasting and quality discussions with suppliers.
