I work here as a Customer Support. I have to deal with direct phone calls from customers facing issues on our software's designed. I interact with Clients from all over the world from verticals like Petroleum, mining, etc. These Clients reside in multiple countries, so in short I manage Global Clients on the software's which my Company builds and supplies to. I also support the development team in getting new fixes for the software's in market or versions yet to come. Also help the management in getting the right feedback from Client's.
Currently working to support the existing deployed solutions. Especially working on Pharmacy applications. Full Client facing work, IRC calls also assisted.
ITIL Certification also completed.Projects related to Visual Studio development and SQL server 2005 & 2008. Complete knowledge of using AJAX & Javascript.
Always been involved in extra curricular activities in college. Follower of Badminton. Web UI designing since college days.
