Job Responsibilities
1 Assisting in Food preparation, Service Excellence and Teamwork to restaurant and support service staff so as to attain Service Excellence & teamwork.
2. Responsible for security and safety of stock / products & infrastructure in the respective store.
3 Responsible for the Inventory Management System and Internal Communications
4. Monitoring and sending the daily reports to the head office.
5. Managing a team of 45 people
6. Handling customer complaints and issues. Timely feedback to the Area Manager.
7.Doing the required quality hiring and giving training accordingly
8. Taking care of LSM (Local Store Marketing) Activities.
9. Competition Monitoring & Analysis
10. To assist Area Manager in day-to-day store operations and administration.
11. Responsible to make the store P&L.

Planning & Control: Overseeing service operations related tasks including planning and controlling for achieving the planned periodic schedules.
Developing cost control skills in the areas, ordering, receiving, storing, production and service.
Operations Management: Handling all aspects of kitchen management including monitoring food production
Maintaining quality and consistency of food for enhancing outstanding QSC&V amongst customers.
Ensuring cleanliness in the restaurant and kitchen area in order prior to commencement of food preparation and during the operational hours
Coordinating the in-store promotional activities for special offers.
Creating initiatives, designing events, planning and execution of these marketing events for increasing sales drive.
Guest Servicing: Executing high quality services, resulting in customer delight and optimum resource utilization.
Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by closely interacting with in-house and potential guests to understand their requirements and customizing the product and services accordingly.
Delivering high-value restaurant services to upscale clients for exalting their satisfaction levels.
