• Responsibility for Instrumentation Maintenance and upgredation job works .
• Ensuring Compliance of safety rules and regulations by contractor manpower according to MARAFIQ policy.
• Initial Assessment, Planning and Scheduling of Weekly Jobs.
• Material Identification and preparation of Scope of work for External Service Jobs.
• Analyzing and providing technical solution outstanding and repeated problems.
• Monitor and update plant GPM and Minimize down time of an equipment under maintenance .
• Providing technical and administration support of contract manpower for daily jobs.
• Ensuring optimum utilization of departmental budget by improving maintenance controlling overtime and recondition / reuse of spare parts.
• Trouble shooting support for the instrumentation activities.
Provides maintenance reports and advises to maintenance section head on engineering aspects, also gives inputs for budget, Staff strength and improving equipment / Plant operation, Superior and Plant Maintenance Engineering Issues.
• Iam worked as a Instrument trainer in my 25 % of duty time.
Handling installation & maintenance of all type of instruments in the field. Handling PLC, DCS, SCADA system in the plant.
Trouble shooting and normalisation of shutdown panels using P&ID. Handling operations of well controlling shutdown panel. Maintenance of TURBINE GENERATOR AND GAS COMPRESSOR in offshore platform. Operation and maintenance of unmanned oil platform.
Calibration and maintenance of all type of instruments in the process plant. servicing of control valves. trouble shooting of PLC system in the plant.
Project conducted in fertileiser and chemical travancore (FACT) cochin.
