Project Coordinator -Remote Based

Responsibilities:
• Provide proactive and efficient project support to project managers and business leaders when required
• Organise internal projects team meetings including arrangement, minute taking and

• Create Microsoft Team pages for study build.(including PM checklist and deliverable checklists)
• Protocol Review & upload protocol and approved by PM
• Request Study creating in Q-pulse from QA.
• Drafting Risk and impact Assessment spreadsheets.
• Updating the IRT system requirements Review Acknowledgement to Q-Pulse.
• Uploading the system validation plan, draft documents and approved by PM.
• Send outlook reminders to the team Members.
• Assessing any issues or risks and reporting back to the project manager
• Creating and reviewing of reports
• Communicating with people all across the organization
• Organizing logistics
• Ensuring that the development team(dev, PM) has access to all necessary systems
