• Encode data for Monthly Percentage Taxes, Monthly Withholding Taxes, Quarterly Income Taxes and Annual Income Taxes.
• Preparing Monthly Reports for Document Processing Section such as Monthly Withholding Tax and Monthly Comparative Report.
• Segregate Tax Returns filed by the Taxpayers.
• Verifying Taxpayers Tax Identification Number.
• Numbering of Tax Returned for Batching.
• Upload Reports to Regional Office and National Office.
• Answer and take down telephone messages.
• Photocopying of files
• Updating and maintaining office filing, inventory and data base systems.
• Any ad-hoc duties as and when required by the management.
• Maintaining inventory in the back.
• Arranging inventory on the store floor.
