• Manpower sourcing and placement, personnel requisition control, screening interviews, test administration, background checking, evaluation of applicant qualifications and other standard operating procedures

• Preparation and coordination of board and shareholders meetings
• Liaise and communicate with board members, business partners and various external counsels and management parties
• Preparation and filing of statutory records and ensuring compliance for Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) submissions
• Create and maintain an effective filing management system for all corporate records
• Incorporation of new set-up companies and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the head and directors
• In-charge of all the office administrative functions and duties to ensure smooth running of the office
• Prepare Timesheets for payroll purposes, check overtime and leave
• Prepare post payroll analysis, and discuss concerns with Accounting Department for any discrepancy or adjustment
• Maintain, safe keep and update 201 files
• Distribute and file Notice of Personnel Action to concerned employees
• Monitor contract of employees, coordinate with Managers regarding employment status
• Source applicants, conduct initial interview and recommend shortlisted candidates to Human Resources Officer
• Facilitate in-house training programs
• Receiving cash and check payments from clients and issuing receipts
• Deposit all cash sales and check collections in banks
• Disburse cash or prepare check payments; release checks or cash to various payees
• Control documents supporting the check vouchers prepared and approved
• Record company transactions and prepare monthly operational budgets
• Update and maintain records and files pertinent to cash position and bank statement
• Prepare daily collection position report, daily reconciliation of cash balances and consolidated monthly cost reports
• Consolidate Monthly Input Tax and Withholding Tax
• Act as petty cash custodian, maintain and replenish funds
