• To keep and update record of promotional material inventory of Tiger portfolio by coordinating with store officer.
• To arrange promotional material from ware house for BUM & PM as when required.
• To coordinate all field force of tiger’s team nationwide to resolve their queries pertaining to human resource, salary, expenses, promotional material & doctors query.
• Receiving DCR of team, coordinate if not received with area manager of responsible MIO.
• Coordinate with HR & FINANCE on joining and resigning of Field Force of Tigers team.
• Coordinating with IT for Daily Distribution Sales Upload.
• Receiving expense claimed of all field force with necessary approval.
• To manage and ensure correct dispatching of promotional tools from warehouse upon instruction of Product Manager on monthly basis.
• To coordinate with supply chain (Factory) for the arrangement of required samples forecast.
• To prepare/help BUM & PM for quarter sales presentation as when data required.
• Sales analysis on daily and monthly basis.
• Follow up with distributors for daily sales data.
• To manage all events pertaining GROUP
