• Liaison with Manufacturers on Investigating Defects outside the Scope of Normal Maintenance Procedures.
• Provide Solutions to Queries Raised By Maintenance for AOG Situations, Repeated Defects, and Troubleshooting.
• Initial MEL Customization and Supervise MEL Revisions through Airbus FODM Software according to A/Cs Configuration.
• Reliability Control Program Establishment, Supervise Data Collection, Analysis, and Reports Issuance.
• Presentation of Reports and Proposing Corrective and Preventive Actions on Most Cost Effective Basis during Quarterly Reliability Control Board (RCB) Meetings. Implement RCB Decisions Accordingly.
