• Manage Manufactures Retrofit Programs.
• Liaison with Manufacturers on Investigating Defects outside the Scope of Normal Maintenance Procedures.
• Provide Solutions to Queries Raised By Maintenance for AOG Situations, Repeated Defects, and Troubleshooting.
• Initial MEL Customization and Supervise MEL Revisions through Airbus FODM Software according to A/Cs Configuration.
• Reliability Control Program Establishment, Supervise Data Collection, Analysis, and Reports Issuance.
• Presentation of Reports and Proposing Corrective and Preventive Actions on Most Cost Effective Basis during Quarterly Reliability Control Board (RCB) Meetings. Implement RCB Decisions Accordingly.
• Supervise Development of Maintenance Programs, Schedules, Bill of Works and Work Packages.
• Supervise Forecasting & Planning of Maintenance Checks Ensuring Adequate Facilities, Tools, & Materials.
• Fully Aware of ATA Maintenance Program Development Philosophy and Evolution MSG-3.
• Engine Health Monitoring Program Establishment. Supervise Report Trends Issuance, and Investigate Alerts Root Cause. Take Corrective Action Accordingly.
• Has Input into Design & Implementation of Policies and Procedures required to meet Business Objectives.
