• Benchmarks with other organizations locally and regionally to ensure Sidra’s outreach initiatives are best in class and serve to attract Qatari trainees.

Through an effective team strategy, annually initiate a results oriented student recruitment strategy inclusive of: On campus student recruitment, selection, admission, and placement of students in either local or international universities
Perform contract management processes to ensure that all contracts are accurate, complete, conform to Sidra policy, Qatar Law, fully understood by all scholarship students
Communication of all scholarship offers to successful scholarship candidates and their parents
Develop and implement the annual Student Awards and Recognition Program for scholarship students and their parents.
Ensure implementation of relevant contractual amendments financial allocations on the basis of a student’s academic performance and academic status
Serve as the arbitrator toward resolution of all student and parent issues/complaints regarding scholarship contracts, policies and procedures
Conduct Quality Assurance Visits to overseas universities to ensure that students studying overseas are academically progressing in accordance with established educational plans; and, to ensure that student accommodations are appropriately situated.
