Current job responsibilities:
- Setting the company marketing strategy and making sure that the company goals are being met.
- Conducting the medical and initial training for the newly recruited medical representatives.
- Choosing new products that would be applicable to be launched into the market.
- Arranging the participation in the conferences, starting from our share in participation till designing the booth and the materials that would be used in the conferences and which doctors to be sponsored.
- Creating the marketing materials, the detailing aids, the giveaways, the leave behinds and the pharmacy posters.
- Creating the marketing message and the detailing cycles.
- Testing the marketing message with the doctors and the pharmacies.
- Setting the sales target and distributing it on the areas according to the potentiality of each area.
- Monitoring the sales performance of the sales team and making sure they are on the right track.
- Setting customized objectives and plans to key accounts.
- Conducting group meetings and stand alone events.
- Motivating the sales team.
- Single and double visit to the doctors for different purposes.
- Assisting in interviewing new applicants.
- Observing newly recruited medical representatives and evaluating them.
- Conducting market research.
- Conducting the company’s website and the online communication.
- Making sure that the products are available at the distributors and the pharmacies.
- Handling any complains by end users or customers.
