Working as a Public Relations Officer & HR Executive and direct reporting to GM
Complete responsibility of visa process - new visa, renewal, cancellation, labor card
Visa process include Quota application, Offer typing, labor approval, entry permit, change status, Medical, Emirates ID, Tawjeeh training, Visa stamping
Prepare job offer & joining documents for new join and onboarding on ERP system
Representing company in MOHRE, Tas’heel, Immigration, Amer and other govt. departments
Organize employee records & legal documents in ERP system and maintaining file’s for original documents
Upload monthly roasters, update shift timings and enroll employees in cloud based punching system
Implement effective HR policies to ensure all practices are in compliance with U A E labor law
Maintain employee’s medical insurance & sick leave certificate’s as per the company policy
Verify monthly payroll data, overtime sheet, deductions for salary processing
Prepare & submit monthly attendance, annual leaves, leave balance, sick leaves report for management records
Verify employee gratuity calculations as per the labor law for final settlement payout
Worked as a P R O & HR/Admin Executive and direct reporting to regional HR Manager
Responsibility of complete free-zone visa process through Tecom AXS online portal
Prepare joining documents, onboarding new employees and assist for emirates ID, medical, bank account opening
Collect information for immigration policies and keep the HR department updated with any changes in rules and procedures.
Maintain tracker for visa expiry & monthly head count report to global mobility leader & V P
Manage employee’s medical insurance, Life insurance & office insurance policy
Process renewals of Trade license, Immigration card, P O Box & office lease, Service contract, AMC - coordinate with vendors & global sourcing team
Organize activities for hiring through oracle HRMS portal (Taleo) - Create new JD, publish, CV pre-screening, schedule interview, offer letter, BGC, on-boarding & training
Prepare HR documents such as STL, NOC, Salary certificates as per employee requests, and HR contact person for bank verification
Handling petty cash and submit expense reports in online portal (Concur) including travel expenses, also submit visa expenses report to the finance department
Representing company in Labor, Tas’heel, Immigration, Customs & DED, Dubai Chamber
Keep tracking for employees Visa, Work Permit and make renewals in timely manner
Assisting employees for medical and Emirates ID process
Handling export & import operations of both Air & Sea cargo shipments
Collecting delivery orders, Online Customs clearing, arranging land transportation for shipments
Diploma in Office Automation From Center for developing Advanced computing
Bachelor of Commerce from University of Calicut in Kerala - India
