• Responsible and performing quality control for chilled and frozen food of process (raw material until cold storage) with product : meat sausages, meat balls, shrimp balls, fish balls, meat burgers, cold cuts, chicken nuggets and others product.
• Analysis to NC (Non-Conform) product, doing tracebility product, and doing CA (corrective Action) on production line.
• Responsible and performing store check product (monitoring cold chain) in modern market/supermarket (Jabodetabek area).
• Responsible of prepare document for ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 audit.
• Give advice about issue food safety on production line, SSOP, GMP to QA Specialist.
• To manage scedule quality control in line.
