Having no experience in Spa act as Spa Manager until new Manager comes. Handle Spa operation in accordance with Hyatt Standards. Managed to hire two new therapist which resulted growths in revenue and customer focus. Divided male and female aerobic classes and found new Yoga instructor.
- Ensure that the monthly forecasted Spa revenue figures are achieved.
- Review of remuneration of all salaried employees and independent contractors with ownership as required
- Handle voiding, rebates, adjustment, correcting, checks in accordance with the prescribed procedures and account for all checks during each shift.
- Ensure that the work place is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times
- Assign responsibilities to subordinates, implementing Multi Tasking principles and to check their performance periodically
- Control the requisitioning, storage and careful use of all operating equipment and supplies
- Train the team ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum efficiency

Build up completely new Hyatt Regency Dushanbe Front Office Team. Two month before opening conducted all departmental trainings as well as trial runs and role playing sessions. New property policies and procedures were implemented. I have created task breakdowns and operational manual.
