 Having no experience in Spa act as Spa Manager until new Manager comes. Handle Spa operation in accordance with Hyatt Standards. Managed to hire two new therapist which resulted growths in revenue and customer focus. Divided male and female aerobic classes and found new Yoga instructor.

- Conduct staff yearly performance appraisal and assist in the building of an efficient team of employees by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and development
- Take charge of membership acquisition and renewal procedures and maintain relevant guest database

 Build up completely new Hyatt Regency Dushanbe Front Office Team. Two month before opening conducted all departmental trainings as well as trial runs and role playing sessions. New property policies and procedures were implemented. I have created task breakdowns and operational manual.
