Installation configuration troubleshooting and Management of ERP Systems
Understanding the user’s problems and resolving the issues on daily basis of ERP.
In-house development/testing/Quality assurance as per company strategy requirement with using ERP database tables and incorporates with exiting ERP (ORION, FOCUS, ACCURATE).
Manage Database Backup and revalidation.
Follow-up with ERP supplier support team and tracking of calls.
Consulting clients/colleagues concerning the maintenance and performance of software systems and asking questions to obtain information, clarify details and implement information;
Training to users as per schedule to strengthen the use of ERP.
Preparation of monthly MIS reports;
