• Achieving net profit, sales, gross margins, operating ratio, service goals and service objectives for assigned accounts and markets.
• Managing and building wholesale partner relationships, leverage contacts in order to generate business.
• Driving the brand strategy and be required to develop and underpin relationships with the local supplier network to ensure product and project delivery is timely.
• Build and grow volume, revenue and share point for all the range of the products.
• Develop/Secure new business opportunities with individual accounts within the Market.
• Recommending Sales Representatives' annual sales, gross profit, and expense budgets, and supervising the sales organization to attain or exceed budgets.
• Ensure product availability in outlets through distributors in assigned areas.
• Promo implementation according to the needs of Markets.
• Develop the sales force’s work plan, assign work activities, projects and programs, and monitor workflow, by continuously reviewing and evaluating work methods and procedures.
• Shape and develop long, medium and short-term strategies and programs to manage activities to achieve division's goals.
• Conduct periodic meetings with subordinates to ensure outstanding issues are addressed in a timely manner by and keeping abreast of latest business-related practices
• Endeavour to continuously improve sales and marketing methodologies to ensure that Company is properly positioned in the market place vis-à-vis the competition
• Participate in high-level negotiations with potential clients and vendors to ensure that the project(s) is awarded to the Company
