All accounts and finance related responsibilities including but not limited to establishment and management of finance and accounting systems, the final approval of accounting forms (Cash vouchers, payable voucher, purchases/service request, Vendor’s account subsidiary ledger, client’s account subsidiary ledgers & payroll), Maintaining and Managing Budget/Project funds, ensuring an effective flow of cash by negotiating appropriate payment terms with both vendors, clients and bank, Managing financie and accounts personnel and Insurance.
I was responsible for a/c payables, a/c receivables, tracking and Invoicing of all jobs done (ticket systems and contracts), banks and other cash accounts, inventories, timesheets & payroll and asset accounts.
Depicting the company’s product/market positioning and trend and proffering growth strategies, monitoring product flow from production to cash in bank, determining the product position on the life cycle curve.
Managing a team of 15 salesmen to achieve the geographical and product sales target, this included training, motivating, strategizing and appraising the team’s work while simultaneously keeping a tab on the activities of competitors.
