development and implementation of Booking system, to project manage the implementation of all Online Booking tools to the end user; creation, configuration and testing client interfaces; ensuring project objectives are met; responsible for the day to day running of site administration across the company; attend client / supplier meetings, arrange status calls throughout the implementation; provide end user and agent training, preparation of presentations; managing to two members of staff and reporting
communicate aircraft availability to the market, respond all requests, quote terms and negotiate pricing, execute and circulate contracts and operation information, reconciliation and confirmation flight schedule, set up and oversee all flight related support, such as ground handling, security, catering and banking requirements, offer and provide quality service at competitive rates, handle customer complaints (customers, airlines, Tour operators), identify and resolve client concerns, follow up the collection of payment
Work with customers-booking clients, the organization check in and check out, preparation and signing of documents, control staff, customer quality control, preparation of expense reports accounting, marketing research
plan and coordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to guests (courtesy calls, congratulation with birthdays, provide with different information), schedule activities for guests (booking restaurants, taxi and etc.), assist with check-ins / check-outs of clients, organization statistic of guests, greeting guests upon arrival, assist all departments about requests and complaints of the guests, assist in any other duties when required by the Front Office Manager, provide feedback from Guests to Front Office Manager for action, monitor personnel repeated guests and other VIP are receive special recognition and service, promote Inter - Hotel sales and in - house facilities, inspect cleanliness & amenities of room guests for special guests and VIP, preparation daily reports.
