• Formation of the company's image in the market through the development and participation in promotional events (conferences, exhibitions)

• Secretarial work for the GM, covering correspondence, making appointments, filing, reports
• Hotel, flight and train reservation for the GM.
• Maintain an environment focused on achieving sales and profit goals
• Coach, train, motivate and lead by example using a high degree o professionalism and good judgment
• Resolve clients issues, requests in an efficient and quick manner
• Utilize and maintain client database for phone calls, product launches, events and appointments
• Maintain all inventory control policies and procedures and take responsibility for boutique’s inventory, including annual physical inventory
• Answer telephone in friendly, professional manner, handle telephone messages accurately, completely, and promptly.
• Display a warm friendly, professional greeting to all who enter the Hotel.
• Maintain a log book in a professional and informative manner.
• Train and handle emergency situations in a calm and efficient manner.
• Handle customer and tenant requests for information and services.
• Responsible for the safety of all customers and minimize the potential for fire and accidents.
• Maintain a file on Community services including transportation sources, accommodations, and referral contacts.
