Superintendent of the New Doha Airport Car Park, I was Hire to prepare, coordinate and establish a team of 200 people from 14 nationalities and split on 5 departments. Responsible to maintain the agreed and accurate staff level required by the contractor, Qatar Airways, I had to monitor and control expenditure in accordance with the budget, create procedures levels of delegated authority and control financial audit by taking appropriate action when variances occurred. Involved in every aspect of the contract, i participated at all commercial meeting with clients, implemented head office strategies, maintained strong internal/external relationship with stake holders and sent daily, weekly and monthly reports to top management.
Awarded by the success of the airport grand opening and the faculty to stabilize a daily operation staff in HIA car park by host more than 12 000 cars daily ratio and where 99% of customers have to use the automatic pay machine when the level was less than 5% in the old airport.
