- Produce plumbing drawings, schedules, sections in 3D coordinated models using Revit MEP & AutoCAD following International Plumbing Codes, NFPA codes.
- Monitor and control the quality of the Model and Shop drawings.
- Preparation ‘Builders Work’ drawings for the whole King Faisal Hospital project.
- Preparing Workshop drawings of fire protection and plumbing, developing BIM models for MEP services from design drawings, and coordinating them with other services
Preparing technical and financial offers for swimming pools, fountains, artificial lakes, waterfalls and fire fighting projects.
- Determine hydraulic calculations for the mechanical system, review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.
- Design and draft plans and estimate costs for installation of swimming pools, fountains, artificial lakes and waterfalls projects.
• Studying fire fighting projects specifications, drawing and BOQs.
• Preparing technical and financial offers.
• Design and draft plans and estimate costs for installation of fire protection systems for facilities and structures, applying knowledge of drafting, physical science, engineering principals, and fire protection codes.
• Determining design and size of system component.
• Drafts detailed drawing of system to ensure conformance to specifications and applicable codes.
• Determine hydraulic calculation for CO2 and FM200 Systems.
