Provide all support levels for all users by receiving system and hardware problems and take the appropriate actions for each case.
• Install programs on computers, request additional software and hardware as needed.
• Perform periodic preventive maintenance of computers and other devices (Printers, multi-function machines, thin clients and switches).
• Prepare periodic reports on the status of the systems, servers and all problems that occur, and the actions taken by identifying problems, their causes, and the time spent to solve each problem.
• Administrating the whole IT infrastructure; Installing Windows servers, Virtualization, Firewall and Endpoints, Networking, Backup Solutions, and high availability
• Keeps the environment up to date with latest provided Technologies.
• Administrating Office 365; Managing Emails, Outlook, Teams, Forms and SharePoint.
• Follow up with vendors to acquire new offers.
