as a Siebel CRM developer in R2 phase of the Etisalat CRM implementation then the support team
lead before joining the implementation team of Mobinil Order Management Transformation project.

for a diverse multinational customer which allowed me to communicate
in a multicultural environment with colleagues from all over the globe. I was responsible for maintaining
the operation of the network if an issue was raised to me and also proactively act towards any discovered
alarms. Part of my job was to write incident reports and take part in daily status calls with the management
to report major incidents.
