Job Description :
- Responsible for maintaining production machines and preparing Annual preventive maintenance plan.
- Responsible to secure providing necessary utilities services to the plant by operating and maintaining utilities equipment through plan and implement a reliable maintenance and operation strategy.
- Fully Responsible for Purified water station (RO+EDI) Operation, Maintenance, Cleaning & sanitization
- Responsible to prepare the requirements from spare parts and coding system for the spare part warehouse.
Achievements :
- Completing SAT Report for production machines.
- Completing and Executing IQ, OQ, PQ for production and Utilities machines.
- Preparing SOP for Operation and preventive maintenance for each equipment.
- Preparing Annual preventive Maintenance plan for production and utilities machines.
- Preparing and Performing all required documents for ISO 9000:2008 - ISO 14001:2004 - OHSAS 18001:2007
- Training the operators on the machines and also the technicians for the maintenance.
Job Description :
- Responsible to Coordinate with the contractors and supervise the electromechanical construction works and Reviewing the P&ID drawing of HVAC System and single line diagram ducting system with the consultant.
- Coordinate with the main consultant in some civil works and supervise partition walls and ceilings installation and Carry out some modification for machine access and according M.O.H requirements.
Achievements :
Production Area (Oral solids, Liquid and semi solids Dep.)
- Unpacking and locating all the production machines at the selected rooms.
- Unpacking and installing a complete closed system Granulation line (DIOSNA) to be ready for start up and commissioning.
- Installing the electric connection and services pipes in the perfect ways matching with cGMP rules.
Utilities Equipment
- Installation, start up & supervise Purified water station (RO+EDI).
- Supervise the installation and inspect purified water closed loop and use points.
- Validate and Start up the utilities piping networks for production dep. such as Steam, Compressed Air, Hot water, Soft water…etc.
- Validate and Start up the fire fighting network.
Electromechanical Works
- Supervise and startup electrical power distribution systems (HV and LV panels, ATS control panel, Transformers, Switchgears, Distribution panels, cable sizing etc.)
- Startup and commissioning fire alarm system.
- Installing and startup fire pumps control panels.
- Supervise and handing over the HVAC System (chillers, chilled and cooling water network, and the chemical treatment).
• Maintenance: (Which supplied by" EXPERTS GROUP INTERNATIONAL)
- Startup, commissioning & Maintaining Utilities Equipment such as Purified water station (RO), (Ro+EDI)& Demineralized and some production machines.
- Deal with different types PLCs, HMI and SCADA and different types of traditional Controllers.
• Layout designs:
- Conceptual, Basic, detailed design and supervision as Turn Key Projects.
- Conceptual, Basic and Detailed designs for production, warehouse and QC according to cGMP Guidelines for pharmaceutical plants.
- Design the room datasheet of the minimum requirements for each room for Pharmaceutical plants.
- Design Light current and electrical power network.
- Review & supervision HVAC systems for pharmaceutical plants.
