1. The primary responsibility of this role is to increase Bayt.com‘s product portfolio per customer and to maintain the highest level of customers’ loyalty.
2. Maintain and grow transactions and revenue volumes from assigned database of customers.
3. Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by building long-term relationships and providing quality customer service.
4. Effectively manage the growth of assigned customers through transactional and solution-oriented selling approach.
5. Determine customers' recruitment needs, and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs
6. Give online demonstrations to clients on Bayt.com in order to handle objections and convince customers to buy.

8.Essential Tasks:
- Initiate primarily telephonic outbound calls to the assigned database.
- Effectively qualify through Recruitment Needs Analysis; using value-based selling
- Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
- Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of customers contacted into CRM.
- Manage growth of customer’s business by developing them to be loyal customers of Bayt.com
- Accurately use CRM for sales processing; keep comprehensive, accurate notes in CRM, prepare forms or agreements to complete sales.
• Assist clients to search Bayt’s database for suitable candidates.
• Present a shortlist to clients for various career level positions.
• Provide training sessions to clients on how to utilize Bayt.com services & the Branded Career Channels (BCC).
• Coordinate with the IT department for any technical issues/enhancements in the website.
• To develop a strong and long-term relationship with new and existing customers.
• To leverage this relationship to ultimately promote Bayt products and services and motivate repeat client usage.
• Report to designated consultant on all sales & operational matters.
• To continuously conduct market research on customers’ needs and share it with department heads in order to improve Bayt’s offerings.

- An active member of the Quality Assurance Committee which works on acquiring the NCAAA accreditation- handling:
- Identification KPI's, external & internal benchmarks/targets, in reference to the standards.
- Preparing internal operating policies and procedures and action plans.
