RESPONSIBILITIES
• To receive reports from and respond to orders issued by Department of Labor inspectors;
• To arrange for Occupational Health and Safety testing and/or evaluations of the workplace by external agencies/consultants as may be necessary;
• To act as liaison with all related governmental bodies and regulating agencies;
• To coordinate the training of personnel in areas of safety, including first aid, CPR, accident prevention and investigation, work place inspections and other matters related to implementing safety procedures in Board facilities;
• To coordinate the Board's emergency procedures and act as the Board's emergency on-site coordinator;
• To develop, review, and update appropriate sections of the Board's Emergency Procedures Manual;
• Identifying hazard, risk and incident by providing corrective factors, and conduct
Incident assessment;
• Managing the Company emergency response procedures, including the management of regular emergency exercises;
• Participating in facility Safety Committees & process auditing;
• Anticipate, identifiy, and ensure the correction of hazardous conditions and practices;
• To assist executive staffs and administrators, principals and supervisors in emergency preparedness;
• To coordinate registration and removal of hazardous waste;
• Taking part in all accident/incident/near miss investigations, ensuring accident report forms are completed;
• Update all Incident, Near Miss, Accident cases as per checklist;
• Issue Permits for all required activities like Hot Work, Confined Space, Excavation permits, Power tools and daily access permits.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• To prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly and help the HSE department in preparation of Annual HSE and EHS report as per check list;
• Conduct Weekly and Monthly trainings for Management teams, Construction team and all Employees;
• To conduct induction for all new employees;
• To conduct Tool Box Talk (PREP TALK) for all employees every morning before daily activities is being carried out;
• Prepare SCAR, NCR, Risk Assessment and COSHH reports for the HSE management;
• To check all Machinery and Heavy equipment certificates and updates as per check list;
• To liaise with municipal and State Emergency planners, update plans, organize exercises and evaluate procedures;

RESPONSIBILITIES
• To respond to employees' safety concerns;
• To conduct, as necessary, the safety inspection of any Board facility;
• To develop, implement and monitor Board Occupational Health and Safety Policy, Programs, and Occupational Health and Safety Policy, Programs, and Procedures;
• To assist the Board in complying with current health and safety legislation and/or regulations with the objective of ensuring that all reasonable and proper measures are taken to protect the safety and health of learners, staff and visitors;

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Inspect and evaluate plant environments, equipment and practices, in order to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations;

• Coordinating with contractor safety personnel to understand safety performance gaps and implement improvement plans;
