Verify and sign delivery receipts and bills of lading of incoming/outgoing shipment.
Issue materials to the end-users, and update inventory following FIFO.
Inventory and cycle count activities are executed as per requirements.
Inspect deliveries of damages, shortage or discrepancies materials.
Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation regarding stock.
Control warehouse maintenance activities. Investigate and resolve inventory related issues as quickly as possible.
Maintain and present to the management the MIS report on daily, weekly and monthly basis as required.
Ensure that the Warehouse is well organized.
Managing the labors and forklift operators.
Supervise forklift driver for smooth loading/unloading material.
Ensure compliance with Quality safety Health Environment policies and requirements.
Ensure the safe storage of material according to warehouse SOP.
Ensure supplied stocks meet demand.
Ensure correct inventory is loaded into correct delivery trucks
Prepare inventory for deliveries and shipping
