- Plans, directs and controls all technical support activities in the Region such as installation, internal and customer training, maintenance, diagnosis and reparation of products/services, ensuring also the execution of pre and post-sale technical support services to customers.
- Ensures the proper execution of Asset Protection Service (APS) activities promoting renewal and extension of maintenance contracts. Manages spare parts warehouse in order to optimize customer technical assistance processes.

- Ensures the availability of the field technicians, the respect of the actions programs and the time arranged with the client and the compliance with the quality and safety procedures, in order to maximize the customer satisfaction.
- Guarantees the fulfilment of administrative activities related to the technical services and the customer support service to provide timely responses to customers inquires and maintain the planning activities.

continually upgrading safety awareness and practices within the team.
 Ensure GMP is maintained and increased within the team and that all operations are conducted
within the specified quality standards and parameters.
 Evaluate system performance and recommend equipment replacement/upgrade and capacity
improvements as part of on-going continuous improvement policy.
 Plan Team rest days and holiday relief ensuring adequate cover at all times.

Technical Service Engineer responsible for testing, assembling, troubleshooting and repair for Bosch pharmaceutical / food production and packaging lines in Middle East and Africa to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

- new lines assembly at Bosch, unpacking, allocation and installation at customer site.
